Community Guidelines

1. Be real

• Use your own photos and accurate information. No fake profiles, catfishing, or impersonating someone else.
• Complete identity verification honestly — it keeps Hasp free of bots and fake accounts.
• One account per person.

2. Be respectful

• Treat others with kindness. No harassment, bullying, threats, or stalking.
• No hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age.
• Take "no" for an answer. Unwanted, repeated, or aggressive contact is not allowed.

3. Keep it appropriate

• No nudity or sexually explicit photos in your profile.
• No unsolicited sexual content or messages.
• No violent, graphic, or illegal content.

4. Adults only — zero tolerance for child endangerment

Hasp is for people aged 18 and over. Any content or conduct that sexualises, endangers, or exploits a minor is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the authorities. See our Child Safety Standards.

5. No harmful or illegal activity

• No solicitation, prostitution, or commercial/sexual services.
• No spam, scams, phishing, or promoting other services.
• No selling, buying, or promoting drugs, weapons, or other illegal goods.
• No sharing of anyone's private information without consent.

6. Stay safe

• Keep conversations on Hasp until you trust someone. Never send money.
• Meet in public places and tell a friend your plans. See the in-app Safety Centre for more tips.
• Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, block and report.

7. Reporting and enforcement

If you see behaviour that breaks these guidelines, use the Report or Block option on any profile or conversation, or email support@hasp.social. We review reports and take action, which may include removing content, issuing warnings, and suspending or permanently removing accounts. Serious violations are reported to the relevant authorities.
